These terms are governed under the law of the United Kingdom.

You MUST NOT upload any of the following:
- Files that are illegal to share within the European Union or United Kingdom.
- Files that you are not permitted/allowed to share by law, contract, or other legally enforcable means. This includes copyrighted material uploaded without authorisation from the copyright holder.
- Files depicting any form(s) of the following criminal acts: abuse, death, discrimination, harm.
- Images comprising primarily or wholly of text.
- Images used for advertising, marketing or informing about any service, application, event.
- Images used for business purposes.
- Images used (by way of linking from this website) for decoration, such as website background textures or header images.
- Images designed to defraud or mislead.
- Images used directly or indirectly in relation to criminal activity.
- Files that are not images (i.e. files other than gif, jpg, jpeg, png, webp).
- Files that compromise - or attempt to compromise - the website or webserver (web shells etc).
You must NOT use automated tools (including certain browser extensions, command-line tools, user-scripts) or any API (documented or undocumented) to upload files to this service, unless you have received explicit permission from the operators of this service. Files must be uploaded by a human, using a web browser that does not automate the process of selecting files nor the process of interacting with the upload form, except for the purposes of accessibility where limited automation is acceptable.
You should not upload and link to (or otherwise make available via this service) images which you know - or have reason to know, anticipate or strongly suspect - will attract a substantial number of views (image loads). Substantial is defined here as more than 100 views per minute, and more than 1000 per hour.
This website and any associated services are provided "as-is", with no actual or implied warranty. No guarantee of service availability or reliability is provided.
We are not responsible for leakages of the file URL or other data that could be used to identify or access an uploaded file or details about its uploader or viewers. Leakages might occur via: corporate proxies that intercept HTTPS traffic, malicious browser plugins, malware on the uploader or recipient systems, security breaches of the hosting provider, security breach of the service, security breach of network infrastructure between the service and its user(s), human error, and other means.
We reserve the right to view and/or delete any images uploaded for any reason.
We reserve the right to block or otherwise restrict access to any user for any reason.
You retain any applicable copyright and exploitation rights for any image or file you upload, except where those rights conflict with allowing us to provide this service per these Terms.
We are not responsible for how uploaded files are used or the sites on which they are displayed.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless this website and its owner from any claims (including - but not limited to - copyright infringement, defamation, injury) resulting from the use of this service or any other service operated by this website or its owner(s). We cannot and will not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of this service, nor are we responsible for any images that are uploaded to our server(s).
It is your responsibility to ensure that files you upload comply with these terms.
We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions / Acceptable Use Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms before you upload a file. We endeavour that any particularly notable changes, such as making these Terms more restrictive, shall be indicated on the file upload page.
Your use of this service to upload a file constitutes acceptance of these terms.
